Krishna Janmashtami Tour 2012
Krishna Janmasthami is celebrated to commemorate the birthday of Lord Krishna the hero of the Hindu epic Mahabharata who was born in the silver age. This day is celebrated with great enthusiasm by visiting many Krishna temples and pay homage and dedication to Lord Krishna. The most famous Krishna temple is situated at Durbar Square in Patan. Devotess throng around this great Krishna Mandir (temple) at Patan to sing hymn, pray, dance and burn oil fed lamps to get Lord Krishna's blessings for auspicious fortune.
