Phaplu trek is avoid the long bus drive to the original trailhead of Jiri we fly to Phaplu from Kathmandu then begin our trek to reach in the most beautiful Solu-Khumbu. We cross the Trakshindo before descending towards the river of the Dudh Kosi. We follow the "milk river" known as 'Dudhakoshi' north through terraced hillsides and small villages, and you should yourself fitness to make the ascent to Namche Bazaar. The Khumbu region have the mountain views of Mount Kwangde, Mount Thamserku, Mount Nuptse, Mount Lhotse, Mount Ama Dablam, the "horse saddle" of Kanteiga and the summit of Everest itself.
